Return & Damage Policy

All items from Summerland Leather Co. are crafted with care and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or style selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural variations in leather, grain, or color

Leather is a natural material. Variations in texture, markings, and color are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or repair:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

Approved damage claims will be resolved at our discretion with a repair or replacement. Refunds are not guaranteed.
