Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is received. Processing times vary depending on product availability and order volume. Any estimated processing times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods

We ship using reputable U.S.-based carriers. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When available, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Delivery Issues

Summerland Leather Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
