1. General Conditions
Summerland Leather Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products & Descriptions
All products are handcrafted. As a result, natural variations in leather—including grain, markings, color, and texture—are normal and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative; exact appearance may vary.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that your screen’s display of colors or textures is exact.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Summerland Leather Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.
5. Returns & Damages
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may be resolved with a repair or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, logos, product designs, text, and graphics—is the property of Summerland Leather Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Summerland Leather Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
